Originating from Magyar, this salami is presented as a compact, red coloured slice with the fatty and lean parts forming a homogeneous blend.

To the nose, the immediate perceptions are of smoke and aromatic mountain herbs.

The flavour is filled with suggestions, which are never invasive and well harmonised.

Due to its large size and consistency, it is best sliced thinly making it the perfect ingredient for an appetiser that as well as being tasty, is also artistic.
